The Invite: Sound baths invite one to step into the portal of deep relaxation. The tones of the crystal singing bowls harmonize with the seven major chakras of the body, and invite a recalibration of energy and peace into these sacred spaces within. The harmonizing tones support the nervous system to fall into a parasympathetic state, offering the body a time to fall into deep relaxation and systemic repair. It's during this process that the body can undergo deep and profound healing. All scheduled appointments cancelling within 24 hours of appointment start time will not be refunded. Any no show appointments will not be refunded. What to Bring: Any items to support you in making a cozy place to lay down. Our facility has yoga mats and blankets, however, bringing your own is encouraged. Water bottle and journal. Arrival: Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to begin setting up your space, and getting cozied in. What's Included:  Guided meditation with transition into harmonizing tones.
